Who are we? The oldest, the largest, and the simply one-of-a-kind children’s theatre companies in the area!
We develop
programs
that offer a
maximum
number of
children,
youth, and
young adults
an
affordable
opportunity
to
experience
performing
arts
productions,
either as
participants
or audience
members.

CHILDREN’S
THEATRE OF
ELGIN (CTE)
is for
children and
youth age
7-15 years
who have
completed
1st grade
but have not
yet
completed
9th grade.
FOX VALLEY THEATRE COMPANY (FVTC) is for youth and young adults ages 15-20 years who have completed 8th grade but not yet turned 21.
