or students over age 18 complete
all CTE/FVTC forms. You
must
complete
both Steps 1 & 2
or student's audition or workshop registration will not go through.
Save your child's
8-digit
CTE ID number
(provided at end of Step 1) for use in registering for auditions.
FOR NEW
STUDENTS:
Step 1.

below.
Please be very careful about entering the correct last 4 digits of your child’s
Social Security number and birth date correctly, as these cannot be edited.
After
completing Step 1, return to this page's Step 2 link to finish the process.
FOR RETURNING STUDENTS:
Click "Edit
Information" and
enter your child's 8-digit CTE ID number to check or
change your information. Then go to Step 2 below.
FOR ALL STUDENTS:
Step 2.
If your child would like to audition for an upcoming production, click the
“Step 2: Audition
Registration”
or "Step 2:
Workshop/Camp Registration"
button below & simply
enter
student’s
8-digit CTE/FVTC ID number
and follow the step-by-step instructions.

do not remember the 8-digit CTE/FVTC ID number, please call our office at
847-214-7152)
When finished, print
out the General Registration & Show-Specific pages and bring them
to the audition.
No need to bring printouts to workshops.
