Class of ’20 and ’21 CTE Graduates

Our organization is made up of two performing troupes – Children’s Theatre of Elgin (CTE) and Fox Valley Theatre Company (FVTC). CTE is for children and youth in 2nd through 9th grades. FVTC is for youth and young adults in 9th grade through 22 years. Typically we celebrate our “graduating” 9th graders after our Spring CTE performance with speeches, lots of hugs and sometimes even tears. But the COVID pandemic limited our gathering both last year and this year causing us to have more of a virtual celebration. Despite the difficulties our students endured over the last year, they have thrived and show us time and time again that they are stronger than whatever this world throws at them. Join us in celebrating this resilient group of actors and actresses and wish them luck in whatever they do beyond our stage!
